What are your templates compatible with?
Our templates are built to be installed with ManyChat only. They are currently built for Messenger, but we will be rolling out templates specifically for Instagram soon!

The chatbot can be integrated on any website including Shopify and WordPress stores. It also includes growth tools to market across other channels such as Facebook, Youtube and Instagram.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot provide refunds for templates. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Do I need to pay for a subscription?
Our chatbot templates are a one-time payment for lifetime access. However in order to use the template you will need ManyChat Pro which requires a monthly subscription fee.
Do you offer support once my chatbot is installed?
